Our website currently operates on a "Quote Request" system. Adding items to your digital bag and submitting a request does not constitute a legally binding purchase or a finalized contract.

  • Upon submitting a quote, our team will review the availability of the requested items.
  • Taxes and shipping costs are not calculated on the website. These will be added to your final invoice in a follow-up email.
  • All final billing and invoicing will be processed by Recovery Force Inc.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or cancel quotes if an item is mispriced or out of stock.

3. Local Pickup & Services

Order pickups and racquet stringing services are conducted at our physical location (16-826 King St N, Waterloo, ON N2J 4G8). Please await confirmation from our team that your order or service is ready before arriving.
