Click "Setup New Event" in the top right. Fill out your location details, select your specific calendar play days, and enter your player roster list formatted exactly as: Player Name, Pool Letter (one per line). Set passwords and launch.

Open your newly created event dashboard view. Click the prominent "Print Board" button in the navbar. This custom layout formats an optimized paper template. Pin this print-out to your facility bulletin board so players can manually write down match scores when coming off the courts.

To record results, click "Unlock Controls". Enter the designated Player Password (allows score entering only) or the Admin Password. Click "Post Score" next to any match box to log individual game counts. Roster standings recalculate in real-time based on cumulative raw points scored.

Once all matches inside a Phase are completed, log in using the Admin Password. A "Generate Next Phase" option will appear. Select your pool management scheme (retain pools, promote/relegate based on point rankings, or execute a balanced snake shuffle) to automatically build your next phase schedule grid.
